In this 7.5 hour course (3 x sessions) students will learn how to make a figurative paper sculpture diorama box. Starting with sketching your design on paper, making an armature using wire, creating form and shape with tin foil and masking tape and then sculpting features using paper clay. After these steps you will learn how to colour using pan pastels, inks and paint pens, and make garments using crepe paper and fabric. The final step will be painting and using collage to decorate the wooden box to display your fabulous creation using a variety of mixed media.
