Introduction to Music Production

Course summary

Perfect for somebody that would like to set up their own studio and start producing their own music.

In this course you will learn what equipment you need to start producing music, the basic of a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) such as Ableton 11 or Logic Pro X, how to record and mix your music and sounds, how to finalise your mixing and share your music to the world.

This course is designed for the beginners with no previous knowledge in the music production field.

Basic knowledge of an instrument and music theory would be advantageous.

About the tutor

Ivano Abram began his musical journey at the age of 12 when he started playing guitar. After high school, he obtained a diploma in sound engineering which allowed him to expand his knowledge and skills in recording, mixing and music production as well as deepen his interest in electronic music. In 2006 Ivano obtained his bachelor degree in ‘Multimedia and Audiovisual Communication’ at the University of Ferrara, Italy.

Ivano has an extensive experience in the entertainment and music industry as musician, music producer, event coordinator and music video production. Currently Ivano is producing and releasing music as independent artist. Website: www.ivofonic.com
