Course summary
Students will learn the basics of continental knitting. They will be introduced to
the basic stitches and will learn about knitting needles, different types of wool,
knitting abbreviations and sewing in ends.
Suitable for beginners.

About the tutor
Ruth has been sewing for decades. She has a passion for making things for others, from children’s clothing, bags, juggling balls to finger puppet outfits. In recent years Ruth has been sewing more clothing for herself, including shirts to skirt and even jeans. She hopes to inspire more people to sew their own clothes.
