Lino printmaking

Course summary

Discover how to create beautiful unique works of art with printmaking. First, get inspired from reference books then draw your own designs on paper. Transfer your designs onto PVC ezy carve blocks. Then using lino tools, carve out your design to create double sided printing plates which can be used over and over again. Next using printing inks and a roller provided bring your designs to life. This workshop is suitable for complete beginners or people with some experience. You will take home with you your designs – 3 or 4 A4 prints plus sketches and printing plate.

About the tutor

Anna Kolusniewski is a practising artist, teacher, jewellery and costume designer. Anna teaches a variety of art and craft classes across Melbourne, suitable for all age groups and always lots of hands-on creative fun.
