Mini resin cheeseboards

Course summary

Get started on your Christmas gift shopping early! Learn to make three mini painted resin cheeseboards, a great decorative addition to any home and the perfect gift. In this workshop you will learn how to prepare the wooden boards by taping and painting on undercoat, then how to mix pigment into the resin and apply to primed wooden boards. Any left over resin can be poured into moulds to make jewellery pendants or coasters. You will take home three mini sized boards and up to six necklace pendants or coasters. Suitable for complete beginners. The resin used is non-toxic, all materials provided.

*Extra boards can be purchased on the day, please specify when booking and money for extras to be paid in cash at the workshop.

*Board cannot be taken home on that day.  Resin needs to cure for 24 hours.  Board can be collected on the following Tuesday 9am – 5pm onwards.

About the tutor

Anna Kolusniewski is a practising artist, teacher, jewellery and costume designer. Anna teaches a variety of art and craft classes across Melbourne, suitable for all age groups and always lots of hands-on creative fun.
