Course summary
Learn how to make gozleme, a traditional savory Turkish flatbread. This vegetarian variation is filled with feta and spinach, sealed and cooked until golden brown – with a squeeze of lemon to give it zing! Susan will teach you how to make the dough from scratch, kneading, rolling the dough out and, of course, eating it.
Susan will also share her Baklava making skills. Baklava a delicious traditional dessert made throughout the world, made with layers of crispy filo pastry, walnuts in between and oozing a thick sugar syrup.

About the tutor
Susan Stojanova has been cooking since she was 12 years old. She continues to create and experiment with old time European recipes and loves sharing her recipes, tips and variations. All of Susan’s classes use her own recipes and she gets great pleasure from seeing the enjoyment on her students faces when they taste their creations. Family, friends and students say that her baklava is the best!
