Gozleme two ways

Course summary

Gozleme is a delicious savory stuffed Turkish flat bread. The dough is usually unleavened, and made only with flour, salt and water, but in this class Susan will teach student to make two ways, one variety with yeast dough and one without.

Lightly brushed with butter or oil, the dough is rolled thin, then filled with various toppings, sealed, and cooked on a hotplate or frypan. Fillings for gozleme are numerous and vary to cater for various recipes to include a variety of meats, vegetables and cheeses.
