About the tutor
Yianni is extremely passionate about food. Having spent 7 years living on a farm on the island of Crete in Greece, his love and knowledge of food comes from the heart and traditions of his grandmother, mother and father (a former cake maker and vegetable producer in Crete).
Yianni has a very creative and intuitive approach to cooking and believes anyone can be a great cook if they put their mind to it.
In his spare time, Yianni is a volunteer cook every week for a local organisation in Footscray feeding those in need and spreading his love of cooking, feeding, and sharing food.
