Learn to cook healthy and easy North Indian vegetarian cuisine, including a dry vegetable dish (aloo gobi – potato and cauliflower tossed with Indian spices), cucumber raita (spiced non-dairy yoghurt with cucumber), bhajia (vegetables coated with chickpea flour and fried) and peas pulav ( rice cooked along with peas and spices) . Pick up cooking tips and tricks, and learn about the nutritional and health benefits of spices and herbs. This is a vegetarian class with vegan options included.
