Pasta making - fettucine & spaghetti

Course summary

Learn the method of how make your own dough, then using a pasta machine, turn it into pasta favourites fettucini and spaghetti. Cook and eat your pasta during class and combine with a simple napoletana sauce made fresh on the day or take your freshly made pasta home for later.

This is one of  a series of pasta making workshops with Tina and her mother Angela. They will be teaching traditional Italian pasta making classes including cavatelli , gnocchi, and lasagne sheets as well as a complimentary sauce for each and freshly brewed cup of espresso coffee served with a homemade amaretto biscuit.

About the tutor

Tina Falvo is a qualified cook with Italian cultural background. She developed her passion for cooking from her mother who migrated to Australia from Italy and taught Tina to cook pasta by hand as a young girl. Tina and her mother Angela pass on their wonderful cultural heritage to the community through cooking classes, help others learn how to make fresh tasty Italian food.
