If you bake bread and have your own sourdough starter culture at home then this fabulous “new” workshop is for you.
Our local sourdough enthusiast, Michael Slee, will open your eyes to what you can make from one humble dough.
Michael will share recipes and techniques that you can apply to sourdough and yeasted bread dough. There is something for everyone: grissini, English muffins, pita bread, Artisan loaves, sourdough crackers, flavoured breads and fruit loaves.
All ingredients and recipes will be provided.
Suitable for anybody that wants to build on their basic sourdough making skills.

About the tutor
A retired teacher, Michael Slee is also an avid home baker with over 30 years experience and extensive knowledge of how to achieve a wonderful sourdough and yeasted bread at home.
Beginning with his first sourdough culture 15 years ago, Michael still uses and shares this live culture in his popular classes at YCC.
