Course summary
Learn to cook four fun and delicious dishes from around the globe, all using seasonal produce.
We’ll whip up special paneer makhani (cubes of Indian cheese cooked in a buttery tomato and cashew sauce), plus homemade flatbreads of sweet potato, wholemeal flour, and cardamom. Also on the menu is a Japanese spinach and walnut salad, and old-fashioned lemon posset (lemon cream). The menu is all vegetarian!
