Course summary

Learn to cook four fun and delicious dishes from around the globe, all using seasonal produce.

We’ll whip up special paneer makhani (cubes of Indian cheese cooked in a buttery tomato and cashew sauce), plus homemade flatbreads of sweet potato, wholemeal flour, and cardamom. Also on the menu is a Japanese spinach and walnut salad, and old-fashioned lemon posset (lemon cream). The menu is all vegetarian!

About the tutor

Rachel Pitts is a local writer, editor, and maker of small-but-beautiful cookbooks. She also enjoys teaching cooking classes, and her passion for food is contagious.

Rachel loves nothing more than finding interesting new dishes from far-flung corners of the world.
