Donna Sparx is coming to YCC in Term 2 with her Hoopercise class and we couldn’t be more excited!!
Donna is one of Australia’s leading hoop dance teachers and she will get you spinning up a storm – burning 7 calories per minute and toning your abs, obliques, shoulders, biceps and triceps.
Hoopercise is more than just waist-hooping. Learn a hoop swag of off-body tricks and get your giggle on while you work out.
No experience or hips required.

About the tutor
Donna Sparx is one of Australia’s leading hoop dance teachers. She is a professional hula hooper who is passionate about fun fitness and sharing the freedom found in play and flow.
Recognised globally for her creativity, innovation and flow facilitation, she has taught over 10,000 people to hula hoop and brings a passion and playfulness to her work that is infectious.
She’s all about the giggle and spin, making working out a whole lotta fun.
Donna has taught and performed hula hooping for 10 years and has spread the hoop ‘n’ sparkle through her workshops and play spaces at festivals and events including Moomba, Rainbow Serpent Festival, St Kilda Festival and many more.
She brings a passion and playfulness to her work that is infectious.
