A Healthy Back with Slow Gentle Movement (Online)

Perhaps you have been working from home, haven’t been able to get a massage for months, have changed your exercise routine, or finding you have more energy to move now that Spring is here. Get back in touch with your spine and free your overall movement usingĀ Feldenkrais, a wonderful method of self-care using mindful, slow, gentle practice to help you sense, soothe & soften.

What you will need

  • Blanket or mat or lie on
  • 1-2 folded up towels as supports
  • 1-2 blankets
  • Clear floor space
  • Chair

What you will learn

  • Slow, gentle movement lessons to find more freedom of movement throughout spine, head & pelvis.
  • Experiencing how whole body movements, coordinate and integrate.
  • Self care and mindfulness through movement.
