Get back in touch with your spine and free your overall movement using Feldenkrais, a wonderful method of self-care using mindful, slow, gentle practice to help you sense, soothe & soften.

What you will need
- Blanket or mat or lie on
- 1-2 folded up towels as supports
- 1-2 blankets
- Clear floor space
What you will learn
- Slow, gentle movement lessons to find more freedom of movement throughout spine, head & pelvis.
- Experiencing how whole body movements, coordinate and integrate.
- Self care and mindfulness through movement.
