Baby's Introduction to Solids Masterclass - Online

Course summary

The introduction to Solids is another critical step in the first 1000 days of your child’s life. Whether your child has been bottled or breastfed around the age of 6 months their nutritional requirement goes up. Starting solids at the correct time for your baby is a developmental milestone that each baby will reach at different times. This workshop will cut through the confusion and conflicting information to help you to understand the developmental signs of readiness.

There are simple foods that will help support the development of your baby’s microbiome health, understanding the ‘window of opportunity’ to offering high-allergenic foods to help support your baby’s developing immune system and reduce the chance of food allergies, intolerances, and sensitivities.  Learning natural ways to remedy and avoid constipation, and to support your baby’s nervous system are all things we can provide clarity and evidence-based information to help you feel informed and confident in your baby’s introduction to solids journey.
