Take the time to nourish yourself and learn to strengthen your mind and body through guided meditation connecting with your higher self.
Your higher self is the spiritual you, the real you.
Carrie will help you explore forgiveness and acceptance via meditation as a pathway to obtaining a connection to your higher self. Doing this aims to help you will reach a more advanced state of meditation saturation.
The focus of this workshop will be internally driven by your chi/lifeforce to move within your body to reach a higher level of consciousness.

About the tutor
Carrie Bennett is a graduate of the Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga training which included chakra, chanting, cleansing and meditation techniques.
She has further developed her training by the exploration of self in respect to mindfulness, reflexology, metaphysics, spirituality, psychology and science.
Carrie is a strong believer in acceptance, forgiveness and harmony and does not offer up any opinions of religion, morality, spirituality or medicine in her courses.
