About the tutor
Eiran Trethowan is a local life and career coach who is passionate about empowering others to live a meaningful, fulfilling and thriving life. She focuses on all aspects of life, taking a strategic approach to create real habitual change in clients lives. Eiran has been learning, using and teaching mindfulness meditation techniques for over 12 years. She is highly experienced in teaching others about the mind and body connection and emotional intelligence.
