Pause. Breathe. Smile. These classes are designed for newcomers and people who have tried mindfulness meditation before and want to give it another go. Strengthen your mind and body through meditation, movement, and group discussions.
Each week practice will include a variety of techniques or focus and will set you up for a home practice with follow up emails and support.
Light movement, even some rolling around on the floor might occur to prepare our bodies for sitting, lying down or maybe even standing while you meditate.

About the tutor
Alexis is a NYC & Boston transplant living in Melbourne with her Ozzie husband Jed and meditation partner Axl, (the family pup). Her mindfulness meditation teachings or as she likes to call it a Pause, are about shorter sits with time for discussion. A chance for everyone to realise just how approachable this ancient practice can be worked into our modern lives. From her community outreach work to larger corporations she truly believes the practice to Pause can improve everyone’s quality of life and is on a mission to #shareyourpause with everyone!
