Did you know that poor sleep can impact on your ability to deal with stress? During the second lockdown of Melbourne one of the big impacts of stress is on our sleep. This includes waking at night for no specific reason and not being able to get back to sleep. Reframe your experience and make friends with your sleep cycle during this difficult time.

  • What you can do during the day to set yourself up for success
  • Dos and Don’ts of your optimal sleep cycle

About the tutor

Cindy of Boutique Psychology has been a registered psychologist since 2012.  Her diverse set of clinical skills allows her to support children, adolescents, adults, and businesses with their unique needs. She has worked extensively with individuals with experiences of trauma, abuse and neglect. She has worked with organisations to support them at times of critical incidents.
