Celebrate Children’s Week at YCC!
Join our Sculpting with Unconventional Materials workshop to learn the importance of recycling and reusing materials in art, and creating unique sculptures using everyday, unconventional materials. Bring a variety of materials or special objects that you would like to incorporate into your sculpture.
This workshop is a fantastic opportunity to develop artistic skills, foster creativity, and have a blast with friends. Let your creativity shine!
Suitable for children aged 7 – 12 years old.
Artistic knowledge is not necessary.
This Children’s Week event is presented by Yarraville Community Centre Inc. in partnership with the Victorian Government.
About the Tutor
Ilona is a sculptor, creativity coach, and art therapist with a vision to support students in creating their unique work. Ilona has been a creative professional for almost three decades and after many years of focusing on art, international exhibitions, art fairs, and everything that’s involved with being a professional artist.
IMPORTANT:
- Please ensure children are dropped off at YCC, 59 Francis Street, Yarraville before 10.00am.
- Children will need to be picked up at 12.00pm.
- BYO drink bottle.
