This workshop is full. Please email to go on a wait list

What you will learn

  • A few pointers from an old hand (ex myotherapist, lifelong crafter and not without a few aches and pains herself)
  • ways to take a break from having too much fun with your crafty hobbies
  • self care massage techniques
  • some fascinating info about anatomy and neuroplasticity

About the tutor

Clare was a mature student studying to be Myotherapist  back in 2007 and realised that your first client is YOU. She originally designed this class for therapists but realised that desk workers get in a bunch from typing all day and we could all do with a few some self care basics. Now fully transferable to crafters during Covid (and as a lot of us are still working from home too).

This session is general advice and not replacement for seeing a therapist.
