Join us at YCC these school holidays for a fun-packed, full-day program of art & craft, movement, cooking and gardening.
PROGRAM – MONDAY 23 SEPTEMBER:
9.00am – 10.00am – Movement workshop
Get your blood flowing with Gloria’s body movement class. Enjoy some gentle stretches and mindful exercises before you shake, rattle and roll yourself into the next workshop! (Tutor – Gloria Garro)
10.00am – 11.30am – Growing plants workshop
There’s no time like Spring-time to learn how to start a garden from scratch. Learn how to grow from seeds, seedlings and cuttings. Take home your potted seeds and seedlings and watch them grow as the months get warmer. (Tutor –Ariel de Ramos)
11.30am – 1.30pm – Sausage rolls & cinnamon pinwheels (lunch included)
Gather in the kitchen to make and bake your own sausage rolls for lunch and sticky cinnamon pin wheels for dessert. Yum! (Tutor – Susan Stojanova)
1.30pm – 4.30pm – Character wire sculpture
Create a crazy character using wire to build an armature base. Form shape and features using aluminium foil and cover with masking tape. Finally, embellish with paint and fabric and nail to a wooden base to bring your character to life! (Tutor – Anna Kolusniewski)

- Please ensure children are dropped off at YCC reception between 8.45am and 9.00am (care will not be provided prior to 8.45am). Children will need to be picked up by 4.30pm.
