• Life Drawing

  A fun and challenging full day life drawing workshop aimed at
  all levels from complete beginners through to the more
  experienced.

  Do you know you can now book and pay online for all our courses? We have an array of short courses to suit everyone- from Pilates to Sour Dough Breadmaking to Botanic Art. Some exciting new classes this term include conversational Spanish, Vegetarian Indian Cooking, Zumba,  Yarraville Soul Choir, Wire Sculpture, Starting your Own Business and  Food Safety. • English as a Second Language and Literacy classes

  Do you know anyone who wants to improve their English language skills?

  Do you know anyone who wants to improve their reading and writing skills?

  Come and join our English as a Second Language classes or our Reading and Writing classes.

  We have a range of vocational classes in Computing, Cooking, Beauty Therapy and Gardening to develop student’s language and skills.

  We also have free 800 hours of Language, Literacy, Numeracy programs for eligible job seekers.

  Full time and part-time accredited training programs are available.

• Interested in a career in the Beauty Industry?

  New  Beauty Therapy course starting Friday October 14th

  Learn basic beauty therapy skills including manicure and massage techniques in a relaxed and friendly class. Find out more about work and training opportunities in the Beauty Industry.

   This course is designed for students from a non-English speaking background. Government fees and concessions apply.

  YCC is the ideal venue for your meetings, conferences, training sessions, private parties and art exhibitions. Our unique heritage venue at Francis Street features 10 rooms available for hire at very reasonable rates. With original bluestone floors, magnificent cantilevered staircase, high ceilings and abundance of natural light, this really is a venue with a difference. And our Blackwood Street facility, once an old quarryman’s residence, has 2 rooms suitable for a range of purposes. Most rooms in either venue can be easily configured to suit your particular requirements and numbers.
