  Welcome to the Autumn Season and Term 2 of short courses at YCC.  Autumn is a great time of year to get stuck into something new or continue one of your favourite courses.

  What’s new for this term? Look into our computer section and you will find we have a range of new courses covering social networking, digital photography and design.

  If food is your thing try our delicious vegetarian cooking or delve into authentic homemade Italian cuisine. Better still get the kids cooking in the kitchen with the new skills they have learned from their YCC ‘Little Chefs’ classes.

• Life Drawing

  A fun and challenging full day life drawing workshop aimed at
  all levels from complete beginners through to the more
  experienced.

  Places are limited and fill fast so please enrol now to avoid disappointment.

  The workshop will be held on the 20th of November 9-4
  at the Yarraville Community Centre

• English as a Second Language and Literacy classes

  Do you know anyone who wants to improve their English language skills?

  Do you know anyone who wants to improve their reading and writing skills?

  Come and join our English as a Second Language classes or our Reading and Writing classes.

  We have a range of vocational classes in Computing, Cooking, Beauty Therapy and Gardening to develop student’s language and skills.

  We also have free 800 hours of Language, Literacy, Numeracy programs for eligible job seekers.

  Full time and part-time accredited training programs are available.

• Interested in a career in the Beauty Industry?

  New  Beauty Therapy course starting Friday October 14th

  Learn basic beauty therapy skills including manicure and massage techniques in a relaxed and friendly class. Find out more about work and training opportunities in the Beauty Industry.

   This course is designed for students from a non-English speaking background. Government fees and concessions apply.
