Short Course Guide - Autumn 2013
Welcome to our Autumn program at YCC. This term our program is bigger than ever and has a range of new and exciting classes.
Our workshops include Vietnamese cooking with Van and Vy-you will learn how to make Pho, dumplings, Vietnamese rolls and macarons and Indian cooking with Jhoomur who will teach you how to make Indian breads and vegetarian meals. Our sustainability workshops this term include home brewing and cordial and ginger beer making and our Language courses have expanded to include Indonesian Language and Culture for beginners.

Deliver Us From Diesel
The Maribyrnong Truck Action Group (MTAG) has planned a protest for 18 March 2013 8-8.30 sharp at Shepherds Bridge Footscray. Parking and assembly will be at Maribyrnong St under the bridge
This will be a safe family friendly protest held with the cooperation of VicRoads and Victoria Police who will ensure safety. Bring your kids, dogs, prams and wear a yellow top if you have one.
Join the community and send a clear message to the government that we want action NOW!
