We offer courses and community services from our sites in Yarraville and Footscray:

- 114 Blackwood Street Yarraville
- 9 Victoria Street Footscray
In addition, we deliver programs at seven community based locations across the City of Maribyrnong.

The Francis Street office usual operating hours are from 9am to 5pm with doors open to the public from 9.15am to 4pm. The office will be closed over the holiday period from Friday 19th December at 4pm 2025, reopening Monday 12th January 2026.
Food relief is normally available via the outside pantry and by calling 9687 1560. During the holiday closure period between 22nd December 2025 and 9th January 2026 we will not be able to provide emergency food relief. Please call on 9687 1560 and we will do our best to refer you to local providers.
The Francis street office is closed during gazetted Victorian public holidays.

The Victoria Street site delivers AMEP, Skills First, Skills for Education & Employment (SEE) and Learn Local Programs.
Normal office hours are:
Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm
