Course summary
In this therapeutic art session, we will use the language of art- the language of colours, shapes, lines, and our imagination to express how we’re doing. Art therapy is a psychotherapeutic treatment that uses art media as its primary form of communication, working with the unconscious.
Curious how we do this? Join this group therapy workshop, which has been designed to foster a supportive and collaborative environment where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight into their behaviour, and develop skills to cope with life’s challenges.
If you are feeling “stuck” and need a breakthrough, this workshop will help you improve communication, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and gain insight into your mental health.
No experience is required, just a keen interest in creating and making.
