About the tutor
Antonio is an Italian chef and the proud owner of La Pizzata, a mobile pizzeria bringing the true taste of Italy to Melbourne. Born with a passion for good food running through his veins, Antonio has turned his love for pizza into a delicious journey.
Through his workshop, Antonio shares the secrets of authentic pizza-making, from mastering the perfect dough to understanding long fermentation for better flavour and easy digestion.
