Celebrate Children’s Week at YCC!
Join our paper wire creations workshop to create your own design inspired by the freedom of self-expression.
These activities are ideal for youngsters aged 6 to 12!
Paper Wire Creations
The Paper Wire Creations workshop invites kids into a world of imagination and hands-on creativity. Using simple materials of wire and paper, children are encouraged to dream big and build bold. Sculptures from abstract shapes or creatures, each creation becomes a playful expression of who they are. Once their wire frames are complete, the group comes together to decorate their masterpieces, sharing ideas and a sense of belonging. This workshop is a tribute to every child’s right to be themselves, create freely, and shine in their own way.
This Children’s Week event is presented by Yarraville Community Centre Inc. in partnership with the Victorian Government.
