Master the Ultimate Coconut Curry

Course summary

Join us for our Vegan and Gluten‑Free Cooking Workshop, where you’ll learn to create a fresh, fragrant, plant‑based mixed vegetable curry inspired by the vibrant flavours of South India. With the tutor, Seema, you’ll build this aromatic curry completely from scratch using freshly ground spices, curry leaves, and silky coconut milk.

You’ll also discover how to prepare classic turmeric rice—bright, earthy, and the perfect companion to your coconut curry. To complete the experience, we’ll enjoy crunchy papadums that add the ideal finishing touch.

By the end, you’ll have a table full of colourful, delicious dishes—and the confidence to recreate these beautiful flavours in your own kitchen.
