Course summary

It is easy to make your own Lampshade with this kit and comprehensive written instructions(enclosed). Customise your lampshade at home with your chosen fabric or surprise someone with a gift!

The kit contains all the essentials including a selection of fabrics to choose from – see fabric panels in photos to the side of this page. The written instructions advise you what size to cut the fabric and how to make the lampshade step by step. A pre-recorded video tutorial will guide you through the entire process. The finished drum lampshade is 25cm in diameter x 21cm high.

About the tutor

Hazel is the owner of Canary Junction, a boutique company creating cushions and lampshades of different textures and designs (including their screen-prints), that are made from predominantly linen, are unique, limited in range and proudly hand sewn screen printed and made here in Melbourne. Canary Junction have been making beautiful home-wares for 7 years and Hazel has been involved in the arts and styling for over 19 years.
