Most importantly, students should bring their excitement and a “can-do” attitude to start their artistic journey. - A Drink Bottle
Stay hydrated during our two-hour creative session with a reusable water bottle. - Optional Snack
Since the class runs for two hours, feel free to pack a light snack if your child thinks they might get hungry while they work. - Art-Ready Clothing or an Apron
We will be using vibrant paints and colours that might occasionally find their way onto clothing. You are welcome to bring an apron if you have one, but it is completely optional wearing “play clothes” that you don’t mind getting a bit of paint on is a great alternative!

About the Tutor
Johnny is a passionate Visual Artist dedicated to inspiring creativity through art. Since 2012, he has taught Visual Arts to children, running engaging programs in schools, OOSH centres, and community spaces. Johnny conducts educational incursions across Australia and New Zealand, covering cartooning, painting, and clay modelling, and also create personalised caricatures, perfect for special occasions. Currently, Johnny teaches Animation coursework at Swinburne University and contributed to Victoria’s Kaleidoscope Project for social-emotional learning. Art has the power to connect, inspire, and transform lives!
