Course summary
This two-hour workshop offers a gently guided, awareness-based experience designed to help you shift from a busy, reactive “survival” mindset into a grounded sense of presence within the body.
We begin by exploring how the mind works — including common triggers and defence patterns — before moving into a step-by-step art therapy process that takes you from expression, to observation, and finally, to integration.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a sense of calm, greater inner clarity, and a renewed connection to your body.

About the Tutor
Mahsa Goodarzi is a passionate and intuitive artist and art therapy coach who beautifully weaves creativity with awareness-based practices. Her work gently guides participants from mind-driven patterns into a grounded, body-based sense of presence through simple and accessible art processes. Mahsa creates a calm, supportive space where people feel safe to express themselves, discover inner clarity, and reconnect with their natural creativity.
