Writing as a Way of Being and Seeing

Course summary

Over four weeks, this weekly writing workshop invites you into playful warm-ups to help free the flow of words, with more intensive writing exercises that bring us into the present together, followed by deeper explorations of identity, place, and relationship in our personal stories.
Each week introduces a new storytelling or writing practice, exploring forms including haiku, dialoguing, creative list-making, sensory writing, letter-writing, micro-essays, and more unconventional ‘containers’ for expression.
Participants will be encouraged to share, discuss, and connect through their writing.
