About the tutor
Peter Rogozik has over 30 years of real estate and building experience in the Melbourne property market. His career in real estate began as a vendor’s agent in inner Melbourne. Peter is a buyers’ advocate and property consultant having started his business over 20 years ago. He was one of the first buyers’ advocates in Melbourne. He has a proven track record of selecting properties that produce the optimum capital growth.
His background includes property development, both renovating and building projects. He has also established a property management department and is an active property investor. These varied roles allow him to draw from his own personal experiences.
Peter has the following Professional Qualifications and Memberships:
- Fully Licensed Estate Agent
- Registered Building Practitioner
- Member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria
- Member of the Housing Industry Association
