In this hands-on class, you will learn the art of crafting classic high tea favourites, including light, buttery scones served with homemade raspberry coulis and freshly whipped Chantilly cream. You’ll also prepare smoked salmon and caramelised onion quiche, a savoury favourite perfect for elegant gatherings, and finish with a delicate passionfruit tart, balancing sweet and tangy flavours beautifully.
After the cooking session, you will sit down to enjoy their creations, complete with tea, conversation, and a warm celebration of mothers and family.
