Next, delight in our signature welcome drink while enjoying a mini spice tour – an aromatic introduction to the flavours that will soon fill your plate.
Then, join me in the kitchen as we create a vibrant Okra Masala Curry, followed by the nourishing comfort of Tuar Dal, a dish that soothes and satisfies.
To complete the experience, we’ll craft fresh flatbreads from scratch together, kneading the dough, rolling it out, and roasting each one to golden perfection, ready to enjoy warm from the pan.
