Adult guitar - Beginners 1

Course summary

Learn the basics of playing the most popular instrument on the planet. During this course, you will learn parts of the guitar (fretboard, bridge, body etc.), basic open chords and chord name revision, music theory relating to guitar strings, beginner level strumming pattern and simple popular songs.  Suitable for those who are absolute beginners, get started and learn a few tunes as you begin your musical journey. Enjoy a small class size!

About the tutor

Jade McKentish has been playing guitar for 13 years, and bass for 6, and she is so excited to help kickstart the musical journey for others.  After touring internationally and performing locally in multiple bands, she has become experienced as a performer.
She is currently studying her Bachelor of Music to further propel her career, and she mentors the rhythm section of an all-female band.
