About the tutor
Thi Thai Do has been practising Tai Chi for 11 years, specialising in both Yang and Chen styles. She is proficient in a variety of forms, including bare hands, sword, sabre, fan, umbrella, and walking stick. With 4 years of teaching experience, Thai is dedicated to helping her students relax, learn the movements, and enjoy the process. Having experienced significant health improvements through Tai Chi, she is passionate about promoting its benefits to the wider community.
