Join our Wednesday Pilates class, and discover the benefits of Pilates!
In each session, you will focus on a different set of muscles and exercises to help you gain flexibility, strength, and confidence in your physical body.
The tutor, Michelle will accommodate different skill levels in the class, and she will be monitoring your performance and adjusting expectations as we go.
If you have an injury, please let the tutor know at the beginning of the class and she will be able to adjust any or all exercises for you.
A concession rate is available for this class.
Please note that you may be required to show your concession card.

About the tutor
Michelle Luehman is a qualified sports and personal trainer with numerous qualifications in yoga and pietists. She has trained teams and individuals all over the world and for 10 years she was one of the most recognised personal trainers in the Aman Group, a six-star resort company throughout Asia. She works with both male and female clients of all ages and abilities.
Michele works with groups and on a one-to-one basis. Her interest is to make sure that her students are well, and that they undertake each exercise with the correct posture and execution. You can safely gain physical strength in her classes.
