This class is ideal for students currently enrolled in the French for Beginners course, as well as anyone who has studied French before and would like to refresh and strengthen their skills.
Throughout the course, you’ll build greater confidence in grammar and broaden your conversational abilities. You’ll also be introduced to structured narration in both the present and past tenses, helping you express yourself more clearly and fluently.
Led by a French-born, raised, and educated tutor, the sessions provide an immersive learning experience focused on conversational French, clear pronunciation, essential grammar, and cultural insights.

About the tutor
Valerie is a local tutor passionate about sharing her knowledge, time and experience with the community. She has experience as a French assistant in high schools, private tutoring, and teaching English in French primary schools. She is known for being patient, empathetic and attentive to each student’s needs.
With a personalised approach, real-world conversation practice, and no-textbook approach, her primary goal is to make you feel at ease while equipping you with practical skills to handle everyday situations confidently.
